The best spot that I found on Venus in Destiny to farm spirit bloom is a spot called, The Citadel. It’s a Vex area and is usually packed with juicy spirit bloom, missions and Major and Ultra Vex to kill. All you basically do is run a loop around the area, and by the time you get back to the beginning all the spirit bloom will respawn, so a few loops and you should be good to go.
