I use a PS5 Dualsense Edge controller with steam and while playing Windrose the invert controller setting in game doesn’t seem to apply when boating.
I found a fix. Since the game doesn’t support PS5 controller natively it’s going to use the xbox layout… so what you can do is just force it to use Steam Input and then where you select your layout config, all the way at the bottom is Invert Joystick Y-Axis. Set it to Enable. Then in the Windrose game settings, Turn off Invert Controller.
To find the settings pages, go to your Steam Library, right click the game, properties, enable steam input, then right click the game again, go to Manage, Controller layout.
What you’re doing is basically forcing invert in steam before the game even loads. I haven’t tested this in BF6 yet but I wonder if it fixes the motorcycle vehicle invert issue too.
