I recently had an issue where my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 3s just one day seemed like it was outputting lower volume than usual. Much lower… I could put the headset up to 100% volume in windows 11 and it was still pretty muffled and not loud at all. When I had them connected to my iphone via bluetooth, the audio could go up pretty loud, so I knew something was up.
The Fix was to just do a factory reset on the headset through the swarm 2 mobile app.
Everything else that I tried did not fix the headset. I tried new drivers and a fresh windows 11 install, but it wasn’t a windows issue… something with the headset. Something got corrupted I guess?
Hopefully my struggles here help you out, try the factory reset on your headset first.
