Load into Venus patrol and take a left and go around the bend, there is a landing platform up on the left where you will find the Fallen Captain. This is one of the best places I have found to get that Fallen Major and Ultra bounty, one captain and several enemies spawn every 30 seconds or so at this spot so you can bang out that bounty easily and quickly. Definitely grab any other kill bounties and missions while your over there to stack your winnings. That is how you are going to upgrade your character quickly and unlock exotic bounties.
