JUMP North East off the top of VNC Tower. You can get to the top of this building by jumping from the top of VNC tower. You will find an Inhibitor and a MIlitary Drop DL2 THB NW4 … make sure to use the gigantic updraft and it will refill your stamina. I also show how to get to Lawan’s Inhibitor crate, it’s in her bedroom and you unlock that area when you do her missions later in the story.
