Destiny – Get Stinky = Loot – A Scent Is Key – Scent of the Worm Chest

This guide shows how to open the Scent Is Key chest on the dreadnaught. You first must go into the Key of the Maggots chest room and wait there for a minute to get the Scent of the Worm on you, then you can do the jump puzzle and open the chest. Fairly easy and it gives a Calcified Fragment, Wormspore, a Encrypted Engram, and a Reciprocal Rune.
